Hello guys and gals!! Today I want to share with you a relaxed spot on South Beach to enjoy some good food. 'Big Pink' is your traditional diner but remixed. I say remixed because they have shakes and floats that you'd expect, but they also have smoothies, cocktails and beer on tap. It’s located one block away from the beach on the ever trendy Collins Avenue. You have the option of dining inside or al fresco. Of course I ate outside because the weather was perfect plus I like to people watch. The menu is BIG in every sense of the word. There are over 200 items to choose from.
I highly recommend the Red Velvet Pancakes. Honestly, I
was a bit apprehensive about ordering it, but I let my love for cake prevail and all doubt went away when it
arrived. Every single bite was absolutely yummy. They get bonus points for
serving it with real butter and maple syrup. It is worth mentioning that they stay open pretty late on most nights and until 5 am on Friday and Saturday.
