We all have different fitness goals. For me the goal is to be more
active and to maintain a healthy heart. I'll admit I like the glitz and glamour
of having a more firm and lifted butt. You can throw in a toned body and flat
tummy. However, I think it's important to focus on short term goals. This way
we don’t get bogged down and overwhelmed. Ultimately, leading us to quit. Take it one consistent step at a time.

Lately, I've been reminiscing about my previous trips to Jamaica. There is a warm, fuzzy feeling I get whenever I visit. I find myself chasing that feeling in every city and country that I visit.
