We all have different fitness goals. For me the goal is to be more
active and to maintain a healthy heart. I'll admit I like the glitz and glamour
of having a more firm and lifted butt. You can throw in a toned body and flat
tummy. However, I think it's important to focus on short term goals. This way
we don’t get bogged down and overwhelmed. Ultimately, leading us to quit. Take it one consistent step at a time.
Here are my five fitness tips to help jump start your journey and help send you
on your way to positive results.
1.) Don’t Wait for An Event
Your life is an event. You don’t have to wait until New Years to begin. Be a better you asap.

2.) Set a Realistic Goal
Be honest with yourself. Stick to it and take it one day at a time. Begin your day by telling yourself out loud just how amazing you are. Feel free to remind yourself of this throughout the day.
